Frizzain

Introducing another elemental dragon OC! Meet Frizzain, elemental dragon of ice.

Some info on his abilities and other things:

 The ability to conjure and control ice, that is as long as there's water or moisture in the area

 Change weather to a blizzard or snowstorm

 Freeze an object over at will and cool things down

 His personality is very subtle. Being an ice dragon, he doesn't show a lot of emotion but he does still care deeply for his friends. He's loyal and trustworthy. He also doesn't like interfering much and will rely on most outside matters will resolve themselves. He's not exactly social. He is still willing to help in most cases though, especially with friends. 

 Frizzain is a secondary elemental. The dominant ones being light and dark, while fire, earth, wind, water, and lightning are primary.
